Shipping and Return

We currently ship within Cyprus. 

Shipping within Cyprus costs 4 EUR if the products are delivered to the address you indicate and 3 EUR for pick up from your local ACS Courier.
For items labelled as PRE-ORDER please allow us 20-30 days for delivery.  

Local Returns and Refunds Policy  

Returns and exchanges 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help you. 
You are allowed to return your order back to us within 15 days since the day you received your order and exchange with products at the same value. Alternatively we can send you a voucher at the same value to be used for other products on our website or visit our store. 
Please note that in order to accept the return, the products must be in their original packaging and condition and not be used or damaged. 
When 15 days post the order are elapsed, the return will not be accepted. 

Return Instructions 
Email us at ositobabystore@gmail.com or call us at 22751030 stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your name, surname and phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. Please inform us if the item was a gift. 

Refunds 
No refund is granted in case you wish to return a product. You have the option to either exchange it with another product or get a voucher at the same value as set out above. 

Gift Return 
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure as above and either send us an email at ositobabystore@gmail.com or call us at 22751030 and we will advise you how to return the gift product.  

Faulty Items 
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance using the contact details below.
